June 2026
If there is one thing AI cannot replace, it is our willingness to act.
We can have the best tools available and place ourselves in the ideal environment, but everything ultimately comes down to a fraction of a second, the moment we decide to do something. Life is rarely shaped by a handful of monumental decisions. Instead, it is shaped by countless small ones, accumulated over time.
In 2025, I embarked on a journey to redefine myself through a challenge, one that would reveal who I really am, expose my gaps and limitations, and lay out the path to overcome them.
As this challenge approaches its end, many pieces are finally coming together. I wanted to make a brief note about my approach to training and the lessons I have learned under my current circumstances.
- If it doesn’t scare you, it might not be enough.
- There needs to be a drive. Convince yourself that you truly want it.
- There are no good days.
- Visualization is critical. Visualize the training and the big day. Do not let your mind cold-start.
- Motivation is not the requirement; consistency is.
- Trust your body. Learn to read its signals.
- When illness forces you to stop, do not try to make up for lost time.
- Learn from your mistakes.
- Zone 2 is real.
- Heroes are not born heroes. They are made slowly, one day at a time.
